About Us

The Agricultural Engineering Research Institute (AEnRI) was established in 1983 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation under the auspices of the Agricultural research Center.From 1983 to 1992, it was known as the Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute.
In order to broaden its scope, the name was changed to the Agricultural Engineering Research Institute in 1992.
AEnEI has been organized into several research departments and also has two centers for tractor and machinery testing services and rice mechanization center.
