Itay Elbaroud research station Itaiy Elbaroud city (El-beheara Governorate),about 120 km north west of, Cairo , 6 mabove the sea level ,the temperature ranges 15-20ٍّْْc in winter, and 30-35c in summer . Total area is 39 ha., aclay soil (PH 7.5-8). Founded in 1974 as Cynamid American Company and Agricultural Research Station in 1985. There are activties of 19 research departments following to 7 research institute.
